Giant Eagle's AutoShip & Save program is super friendly and flexible. You can always change the frequency, accelerate or postpone a delivery, temporarily suspend delivery, or completely cancel your shipments.
Your first order will ship immediately, and subsequent orders will be processed according to the frequency you selected.
If you choose an Express shipping method (for example 2ND Day Air) for your initial order, your account will be set up with that as the default shipping method for future orders. At any time after your first order ships, you can change the shipping method by logging into your GiantEaglePetRx.com Account.

Payment Options
We can only accept credit cards for the AutoShip & Save program. No checks or money orders. Please remember to Click "Save Card" at checkout.
Other Coupons & Offers
AutoShip orders will use the Regular Price at the time the AutoShip is placed less the AutoShip Discount. AutoShip orders cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts and offers provided by GiantEaglePetRx.com. AutoShip orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on a prior order.
Order Notifications
For every AutoShip order you will receive an email 3 days ahead of time with a list of the items scheduled to be shipped. You have until midnight EST the day before to make changes online via the My AutoShip link.
Back Orders
Occasionally, an item may have a delay, and when we are aware of the delay from the vendor we will notify you immediately.
Price Changes
Please check the pricing on your pre-orders notification. Prices can change from time to time. AutoShip orders will use the Regular Price at the time the AutoShip is placed less the AutoShip Discount. AutoShip orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on a prior order.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
On the day your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has been shipped you will receive another email with your order delivery and tracking information.
If your credit card expires or decline, we will inform you via email and request your assistance in helping us fix it so that we can get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
Making Changes to Your AutoShip & Save Orders
Remember, you can change your AutoShip orders at anytime by logging into your Giant Eagle account via My AutoShip link.
To change the quantity of an item, simply change the number in the Quantity field. This will permanently change the quantity automatically delivered to you. If you only want this to change for one order only, you will need to change it back before the next AutoShip delivery.
To modify the delivery intervals simply change from the "Frequency" column and click the Update AutoShip button. This will permanently change the frequency the item(s) is automatically delivered to you.
To remove an item: Simply click Icon found next to Total price. This item will not be delivered to you unless you add it again to AutoShip.
To add an item to AutoShip: Simply browse for items on GiantEaglePetRx.com and select “Autoship Price” tab, choose your shipment frequency, place item in cart and continue to checkout.
