Product Description
Fluconazole is an antifungal that treats a wide range of fungal infections, including yeast infections. It's used for the treatment of skin infections as well as serious fungal infections in the organs, including the lungs. It's frequently used to treat pets that have previously developed a sensitivity to other antifungals. It can also be used to treat ringworm.
Who is Fluconazole Tablet for?
Dogs and cats.
Why use Fluconazole Tablet?
Fluconazole is used to treat a variety of fungal infections, both external and internal. It is more comprehensive than the majority of options in treating significant central nervous system (CNS) fungal infections. It has a lesser risk of side effects than most alternative antifungal medications, and it works well for ringworm treatment.
How does Fluconazole Tablet work?
Fluconazole's active component fights the fungi that cause infections. It acts by interfering with the fungi's cell membranes, preventing them from reproducing and growing. This eventually leads to the infection's elimination.

Overview
Because the dosage and frequency will vary depending on the infection, you should rigorously follow your veterinarian's instructions. It could take 1-2 weeks for pets to show signs of improvement, and full treatment could take months. Unless your veterinarian instructs you differently, never discontinue treatment before completing the whole regimen. Although visible recovery in fungal infections may occur prior to treatment completion, the entire prescription must be finished to avoid antifungal and fluconazole resistance, as well as infection recurrence.
